Swimming Learning for Female

            Swimming is one of sport that most people in the world very like this sport type. Swimming can be used as hobby or to maintain our health. Even swim can be used to cure diseases, as asthma. And also swimming can make us become taller, so that swim is advised when you are young or teens because on it age range, body easy to grow up.

            For now, mostly the person who learning swimming from a male coach. And some female is uncomfortable with this. And it will be better  for any woman who is interested in swimming lessons to look into female swimming instructors.

            After all, there is the ability for a female instructor to work with a woman's body in mind. The body of the average woman is radically different from the body of an average man. In fact the body fat that a woman will need to have to be a successful swimmer can actually be twice as much as what a male will need for success in the water. In fact female swimming instructors can offer information on women of all sorts about swimming including women who are pregnant


             The first lesson is beginner swimming lessons. This stage is suitable for the person who are new to swimming. The focus of the class is on the basic water skills, basic strokes and deep water orientation. During this stage, you will learn to
* Build up your water confidence
* Basic water skill like float, submerge and breathing technique.
* Swim a basic stroke. as, Freestyle or Breaststroke.

           The second lessons is intermediate swimming lessons. You will be able to swim at least 200 meters. In this class, you will gain proficiency in the following strokes:
* Freestyle and Breaststroke.
* Threading Water and Diving.

           The third lessons is Advance swimming lessons. Advance stage is where you will swim gracefully for long distance. This is achievable by correcting your swim stroke with body streamline, stamina and endurance training. Students who are at advance level will learn how to perform:
* Backstroke and Butterfly
* Somersault (Flip Turns) and Plunging
* Stroke correction and streamline
* Gain stamina in swimming
 

 

How to Make stay Healthy for Woman Over 40

        When we are young, of course we keep our body still health and how about if our age more than 40. Yeah we need really pay more attention with that age as our body become more risk to get diseases. The main factors that genetics and family history which are also contributing factors that predispose us to higher risks of getting certain medical conditions which we cannot control. However, there are other factors that can contribute to disease that can be controlled by the choices we make in our lives. Staying healthy for women over age 40 is attainable if we take steps to reduce the risk of heart attacks and stroke, stay mentally and physically active and watch our diets.


        I have some tips that can make woman keep healthy although they already more than 40. First, You must check your blood pressure as regularly. You should better go to the doctor to check this as doctor know what they should be doing if they found something different than the normal.  Or if you are a busy woman you could buy a home electronic blood pressure monitor so you can keep a record of your blood pressure. 
 
        The second get an Ankle Brachial Index Test to look for potential Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). This is a condition that can impair circulation to the legs. The test is recommended for women over 40 with risk factors such as smoking, hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol levels or who have a family history of cardiovascular disease.

         The third Have a cholesterol profile done to measure the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in your blood. It may also include lab readings of C-reactive protein, which is a new measure for heart risk. Women without heart disease should get tested every 5 years. Coronary heart disease is a particular concern for women, so eating healthy, reducing cholesterol intake by watching your diet, exercising regularly and reducing stress can lower the risks of getting these serious medical diseases.

        The fourth Have a bone density test to help diagnose osteoporosis. It is recommended for women over the age of 60 and for younger females in their postmenopausal stage with one or more risk factors for osteoporosis. Yeah it's the reason why woman should be consume milk with have enough calcium because woman get big risk that they can get osteoporosis. Loss of estrogen at menopause makes women vulnerable to this condition. Consult your own medical doctor if you feel that you have risk factors for osteoporosis. Women are four times more likely than men to develop osteoporosis.

 

The Risk of Arthritis can be caused by High Heels

      Most women use a lot of high heels in the world, due to every woman want to beautify themselves in their performance, almost every women wear high heels when they will be go to the office, party, or the other activities that they will meet people. But you know that it could cause considerable harm for themselves.Yeah women who wear high heels could be putting themselves at risk of arthritis.
      So experts warned high heels can alter the body's posture and increase pressure on the foot, ankle, and knee joints, increasing the risk of  osteoarthritis.
      Osteoarthritis is caused by stress to the cartilage and also can be result from injury or general wear and tear on the joint. This can cause injury and stress on the joints, increasing the risk of debilitating condition. Experts also said that people especially women should be on their guard because arthritis is on the rise, with 60% cases in feet. Arthritis can make the people have suffered stiffness or pain in their lower body and feet.
      So, what the solutions for this. Yeah please to choose the correct footwear will help minimize the stress placed on the feet and joints during everyday activity and make reduce risk of injury and joints damage. For daily wear you can choose the recommendation a round-toed shoe with a heel height no more than 2 till 3 cm or 1 inch. So women please kindly keep you health because the beautiful woman is the healthy woman.

Do you know about Alport Syndrome? Alport syndrome is a hereditary disease that is very serious and very progressive kidney characterized by renal and extrarenal symptoms. The development and evolution of the disease that often leads to terminal kidney failure. This study shows that the most obvious symptom of the disease was the presence of blood in the urine (haematuria) and how the disease occurs with greater severity in male individuals. Dr. Alport subsequently studied several other individuals who had the same symptoms, in 1961 the disease became known as Alport syndrome.

How to get a healthy life easy? I am a person who cares about healthy care. I do anything to get health. Health is very important to our lives. Here are some ways to get health easily by experience and my personal way.
1. Each morning wake up, drink 2 cups of water
2. Go outside and breathe fresh air for about 5 minutes
3. Every morning, eat an apple or a banana
4. Don't breakfast too much, just enough
5. Jog 15 minutes or 10 minutes
This way can make your healthier and fresher life.
